Baby Steps to a Healthy Lifestyle

It can be overwhelming to think of leading a “healthy” lifestyle all of a sudden. After all, so many changes are needed. In these modern times, essentially everything we do has some health hazard associated with it. Take screen time for example. We know it’s “bad” and we also know that we are addicted to it. But really, even most of our real ‘work’ and ability to lead a healthy lifestyle are dependent on the screen nowadays. So what do we do? Take one step at a time. Like today, I decided to not use screen for one hour before going to bed, which meant that I wrote this on a notepad first, and typed it up later during the day!
